Terms and Conditions for Products and Services on Aimie (a project by IVÆKST)
1. Scope and Applicability
By using the purchase functionality on Aimie’s website, you acknowledge that Aimie acts as the main provider of the offered courses and services. The website is not a traditional webshop but a platform facilitating registration and information exchange between you and Aimie.
You enter into an agreement directly with Aimie, which is a project operated by IVÆKST.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all interactions between you and Aimie. Additional conditions—such as specific course participation terms, license agreements, or membership terms—may apply and will be communicated in connection with the individual product or service.
Only business users (legal entities or individuals acting in a business capacity) may place orders via Aimie. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not acting as a private consumer.
These terms are effective from April 30, 2025.
2. Formation of a Binding Agreement
A binding agreement between you and Aimie is only concluded once you receive a formal order confirmation from Aimie.
Any initial confirmation email is solely a receipt of your request and does not constitute acceptance.
3. Payment and Pricing
Payment is made directly to Aimie via the payment method specified in the order confirmation or invoice.
All prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery
Aimie is not obliged to deliver the product or service until full payment has been received.
Once payment is registered, Aimie will deliver within a reasonable timeframe and with regard to the nature of the service. You may specify your preferred delivery or participation time during the ordering process.
Any delivery or participation times provided are estimates.
5. Your Obligations
You are required to provide Aimie with the necessary cooperation and relevant information to enable proper delivery of the service.
6. Right to Decline Orders
Aimie reserves the right to decline any request or order without providing justification.
If the complexity of a request necessitates changes to the original terms or pricing, Aimie may send you a revised offer. You are only bound by the updated terms once you have accepted them.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw your request at any point prior to receiving a binding order confirmation from Aimie.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted directly to Aimie as soon as a defect or error is discovered.
You are responsible for verifying the correctness of the delivered service immediately upon receipt.
9. Liability
Aimie shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Other liability is governed by applicable Danish law. Some services may be subject to specific limitations of liability, which will be specified separately if applicable.
10. Contacting Aimie
Questions about delivery, payment, or your order should be directed to Aimie via the contact details provided on the website.
11. Personal Data
Aimie processes personal data in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Aimie is the data controller for all personal data processed through the website. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access to personal data.
You may contact Aimie at any time to request information about the personal data we process about you or to request that your data be corrected or deleted.
Customer and order data is not encrypted during transmission or storage.
Details related to your order are stored for 5 years and then deleted unless the data is still relevant for fulfilling future orders, handling inquiries, or legal obligations.
Your personal information—such as name, address, and email—will only be used to fulfill your order or provide related service communication. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for marketing purposes unless you have given explicit consent.
12. Newsletters and Similar Communication
If you have opted in to receive newsletters or updates, Aimie may send you information about similar services or relevant content. You may unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, by using the link provided in the communication or by contacting Aimie directly.
13. Errors and Omissions
Aimie reserves the right to correct typographical errors, price changes, tax adjustments, and to delay or cancel delivery due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
14. Use of Contact Information
By placing an order, you agree that Aimie may use your provided email address and other contact information to communicate with you regarding your order or service.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute between you and Aimie shall be settled by the City Court of Copenhagen as the first instance.
Let me know if you’d like a Danish version or if the terms should be adapted for self-service or digital-only products.
